Giorgi supports ProfitKey clients through the initial stages of the investment process: property search, shortlisting, viewings, and the collection of documentation required prior to a decision. His remit covers the preparatory work that determines whether an opportunity merits further consideration — assessing listings against the client's investment criteria, verifying details directly with developers and owners, and preparing structured comparisons of the available options.

He advises clients in Georgian and English, and is typically the primary point of contact during the selection phase, when requirements are still being defined and information needs are highest. His approach emphasises clear communication and prompt response times throughout.

In line with ProfitKey's investor-first methodology, his objective is not the placement of a particular property, but an accurate understanding of the client's requirements.
